10 miles later.....we are all tucked in again and getting ready for tomorrow. We started out the day at Arlington Cemetery. Always a sobering moment. We saw the grave of John F. Kennedy and the memorial of the astronauts for the Challenger Space Shuttle. The kids did an eloquent job laying the wreath for our school. They truly represented Westville Middle School very well. Way to go Nik, Brayden, Cameron, and Makenna! Well done. We have videos below of presenting the wreath and the changing of the guard of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. More of today's events were visiting the Capitol Building, the House of Representatives (they were not in session today), the Korean, Lincoln, Jefferson, and Iwo Jima memorials. It's another early morning tomorrow. Here are some of today's today's pictures and videos. More to follow tomorrow.
